On Niue

Jim and I enjoy the quiet and simple lifestyle of Niue and have been coming to Niue for 8 years to escape the cold – Jim’s excuse, and manage our holiday homes during the southern winter main holiday season. 
A holiday home of your own gives you privacy, space and independence. Our Clifftop Fale is really private and beautifully sited in its own 6 acres of grounds. Enjoy your morning coffee or linger all day right on the cliff top with expansive ocean views, all to yourselves. At the Aliluki South House, next door to our home, the 3 bedrooms makes it ideal for a family or small group.
We are on Niue from March to November and on hand to help you enjoy your time on The Rock. We’re here to answer questions right from your initial inquiry that you may have about the homes, the island, what to bring and what to do. We have put heaps of information on our FAQ page too.
We meet and greet at the airport and once you are settled into your home, Niue is yours to enjoy.
If a week away is all you can manage, take it, but better still, come for two weeks and have a truly relaxing holiday as well as doing all the wonderful outdoors kind of stuff on offer. You won’t regret it.
A great interest of mine is in local foods and produce. So while you are on The Rock, I hope you will try my delicious goodies from the Koefaga range based on local fruits and hand made pure Coconut Oil and local organic Vanilla.

All the space and outdoors made the Aliluki South House ideal for our family. The kids played on the lawn and the location was central and just a short drive to all the scenic spots and swimming. RJ
